Lifetime Achievement Award for Friedrich Glasl

Friedrich Glasl’s work has shaped the development of conflict research and mediation. Among his contributions is the nine-stage model of conflict escalation, a staple tool for managers, consultants and social workers. He has written many books, including Confronting Conflict, published by Hawthorn Press. For his work, he will be honoured on 31 March 2017 with the Life Achievement Award of the German training industry at the Petersberger Trainer Days (Petersberger Trainertage) in Bonn. Congratulations Friedrich!
