Joan Salter

Joan Salter worked as a specialist in maternal and childcare. She worked for twenty years as an infant welfare nurse in migrant hostels in Australia. Later she founded the Gabriel Baby Centre in Melbourne.

Her book, The Incarnating Child, was the product of decades of experience working with babies.
